Domestic Orders
Enjoy free ground shipping on orders over $150 within the contiguous US. Please note that this does not apply to service orders.
This offer is valid for retail customers only. It is not applicable for wholesale or business purchases.
Orders eligible for free shipping will be sent via standard ground shipping. Expedited shipping options are available but will incur additional charges.
Orders must be shipped complete to qualify for free shipping. Backordered items or partial shipments do not qualify until the entire order is available for shipment.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.

All orders are shipped from our facility in Asheville, NC. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice and tracking number. Transit times will vary depending on your location.
- Standard Shipping: FedEx Ground or USPS Priority
- Expedited Options: FedEx Express (2 Day and Overnight).
At Industry Nine, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products efficiently. Our lead times are estimates and may change based on demand and production capacity. Please note that the lead times at the time of your order might differ. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you updated.
We aim to fulfill all orders within the following lead times:
- Custom Wheelsets: Approximately 14 days.
- In Stock Wheelsets: Approximately 2 business days.
- Hubsets: Approximately 7 days
- Headsets: Approximately 2 days
- Stems: Approximately 2 days
- Small Parts and Softgoods: Approximately 2 days
Important Note:
Your checkout total does not include duties or taxes imposed by your country. These may be due upon delivery if you live outside of the United States.
Before Shipping: A $150 nonrefundable deposit is included in the total purchase price of your custom wheelset. If you cancel, refunds will be issued minus the $150 cancellation fee.
After Shipping: Contact us within 30 days for a return authorization number (RA#) if you wish to return an item. You are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be in a new, uninstalled condition. Refunds will be processed minus original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee for all wheelsets (custom or non-custom).

International Orders

Orders going to the European Union and certain other European locations are dispatched from our facility in Spain. All other international orders are shipped from our facility in the United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice and tracking number.
We ship all direct-to-consumer orders using FedEx or UPS, depending on your region. For certain international shipments, we use TNT/FedEx International or UPS, with service levels varying based on the destination.
