Accounting Administrator

Industry Nine - Asheville, North Carolina

Seeking an accounting and business administration professional to support Industry Nine and Turnamics. This is a full-time position working out of our HQ in Asheville, NC, reporting to our finance manager. This position will play a key role in our organization, supporting a variety of responsibilities across our two companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable process
  • Assist in resolving customer and vendor account discrepancies
  • Tenant management / collecting monthly payments
  • Coordinate with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs
  • Coordinate and organize the company's insurance needs, including renewals, loss runs, COI requests
  • Assist in inventory receiving when applicable

Qualifications:

  • Bookkeeping experience w/ accounting software
  • Business administration experience
  • Knowledge of SAP B1 and Wave accounting software is a plus
  • Knowledge of JobBOSS accounting software is a plus
  • Proficient in Google G Suite is a plus
  • Proficiency with computers and other general office equipment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Commercial property management experience is a plus

Full Stack Web Developer

Industry Nine - Asheville, North Carolina

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our talented development team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using PHP. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects and collaborate with other developers.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure web applications using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Collaborate with designers and other developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components
  • Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to deployment and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, identify bugs, and optimize application performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance your skills and contribute to the improvement of our development processes
  • Take ownership of projects and meet project deadlines with a strong attention to detail

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your web application development projects
  • Solid knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript libraries/frameworks (e.g., jQuery, Angular, React, or Vue.js)
  • Experience working with databases, particularly MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have:


  • Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or Ruby)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience with SAP Business One, SAP B1 Service Layer API, Hana Database
