We are thankful Industry Nine and Turnamics (i9’s machine shop) staff are 100% accounted for and safe, although several employees had significant damage to homes and vehicles. The Industry Nine and Turnamics factories are structurally sound, but with an ongoing lack of a continuous water source. Our hearts and deepest sympathies go out to the families in our community who have lost loved ones, homes, and businesses. We are heartbroken.

Working status:

We have resumed work while continuing our relief efforts. Our employees will split their time between getting i9 up and running and helping the community recover. We will use some of our warehouse space and employee resources for ongoing relief efforts, but we also know it is critical to get back to what we do best - manufacturing and delivering our products to our customers. We’ve made the tough decision to return to the office and production floor because, simply put, we believe we are stronger by working together.

Current Orders:

• While lead times will likely be pushed out a few days, we are working to get caught up on current orders.
• Expect an update with an estimated ship date in the coming days as we build our capacity.
