Returns
New, uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days — contact your dealer regarding their shop policy. Industry Nine reserves the right to decline returns on installed or handling-damaged products. Returns on all items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable except in cases of order or fulfillment errors on our part.
All on sale items or items bought via any discount or sale will be final and unable to be returned.
Order Cancellations
We build most of our products to order, which means work begins quickly after your order is placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible — the sooner you reach us, the more we can do.
Standard orders (in-stock components, rim-only purchases) may be cancelled at no charge before the order has been fulfilled and shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow our standard return process outlined above.
Custom wheelsets and built-to-order products enter our build queue promptly. Cancellations requested within 24 hours of placing the order will be accepted with no fee. Cancellations requested after 24 hours but before the build is complete are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover materials, labor, and transaction costs already committed. Once a custom wheel build is complete — regardless of whether it has shipped — it cannot be cancelled, and standard return terms apply.
Order changes (hub configuration, spoke color, shipping address) follow the same windows: free within 24 hours, subject to a $25 change fee per change order. NOTE: a possible queue repositioning after changes are requested will happen on all orders.
Industry Nine reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to inventory availability, pricing errors, or circumstances outside our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
