A NC native, Lou started her bike journey wrenching on bikes at Oak City Cycling in Raleigh, NC. Playing on bikes is fun and it's even more fun to know how to fix em' when you break em'. When she’s not solving the good people’s question's at i9 you can find her panting while riding uphill in the woods somewhere or trying to finish the Wheel of Time (book) series.
