Industry Nine products are designed to keep you in the saddle and out of the service queue. Regular service and maintenance is simple and can be performed with basic tools readily available to the home or shop mechanic - no proprietary tools are required. Industry Nine offers Factory Service on all of our products. Please contact us to set up a RMA # and discuss your needs.

All product must arrive clean and without rotors, cassettes, and tires. Extra charges will apply for tire mounting or extra parts assembly. Industry Nine is not responsible for extra parts sent with wheels and hubs.

Our products are designed, tested, and built to be quality components you can trust. We back them with a strong, rider-focused warranty. If something goes wrong out on the trail, we want to hear about it and make it right.

The commercial warranties described below are offered in addition to your statutory rights under EU and national law. They do not replace, limit, or affect those rights. See our full Warranty Policy for a complete explanation of your mandatory legal protections.

Carbon Rims

Our carbon rims are covered for life against defects in materials and workmanship. We also cover impact damage that occurs while riding within the intended use of the wheel. If you take a hard hit on the trail and the rim fails, that is exactly what this warranty exists for.

If your rim qualifies, you have two options:

Rim Replacement: We ship a replacement rim to you or your preferred shop. Shipping is covered during the statutory guarantee period.

Factory Rebuild: Send your complete wheel to us and we handle the rebuild. During the statutory guarantee period, all costs are covered. After that period, rebuild labor is a flat €100 (system wheels: €80).

Alloy Rims

Alloy rims are covered for life against manufacturing defects, including split seams and cracks at spoke holes. If your alloy rim fails while riding as intended, we want to make it right. The same two replacement options apply. During the statutory guarantee period, all costs including shipping, labor, and parts are covered. After that period, the flat-rate rebuild fee applies.

Impact or crash damage on alloy rims is not covered under warranty but may qualify for our Crash Replacement program.

Hubs

Hubs are covered for five years against defects in materials and workmanship. During the statutory guarantee period, coverage includes parts, labor, and shipping. After the statutory guarantee period, parts remain covered but labor and shipping are not. Bearings and other normal wear items are excluded. Proof of purchase is required.

Headsets & Stems

Industry Nine iRiX headsets (including bearings) are warranted for the lifetime of the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. Stems carry a five-year warranty on the same terms. Significant anodizing fade within the statutory guarantee period is covered for both products.

What We Do Not Cover

Across all products, coverage does not extend to accidents, abuse, neglect, or improper installation; normal wear and tear (including cosmetic fading); use of incompatible components; modifications or repairs by anyone other than Industry Nine; or riding outside the product's intended use category.

Product Registration

To activate the extended commercial warranties described above, please register your product on our website within 30 days of purchase. Product registration is required only for our voluntary commercial warranties. Your mandatory statutory legal guarantee applies automatically from the date of delivery and does not require registration.

How to Make a Claim

Complete the Service & Warranty Request form on our website. We may ask for photos or other documentation to help us understand what happened. If the claim is accepted, we will repair or replace the affected product and cover return shipping during the statutory guarantee period.

Your Statutory Rights

As an EU consumer, you have mandatory legal rights under EU Directive 2019/771 that exist independently of our commercial warranty. These include a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity (three years in Spain), with remedies including free repair or replacement. These rights cannot be waived and are described in full in our complete Warranty Policy.
