NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Industry Nine Bike Festival Garda Trentino Giveaway is sponsored by Industry Nine, located at 150 Westside Drive, Asheville, NC 28806 USA.

The Prize, consisting of (1) Industry Nine A Series Stem, (1) Industry Nine Irix Headset, and (1) Industry Nine Irix spacer kit('the Prize', retail value up to $396 USD) will be awarded at the end of the Sweepstakes Period up to seven (7) days following the close of the Sweepstakes Period.

Chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

All entrants must sign up to receive marketing emails from Industry Nine. After submitting the form, the entrant must opt into the list by responding to the email sent confirming their subscription.

Timing:

The Sweepstakes is open from 10:00 Central European Time April 28 2023 until 16:00 Central European Time May 01 2023.

Who Can Enter:

• The Sweepstakes is open to attendees of the 2023 Bike Festival Garda Trentino.
• The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws, and is void where prohibited.
• Participation constitutes entrant's agreement to receive marketing materials via email from Industry Nine.

How to Enter:

• Complete the form shared via by scanning the QR code at Industry Nine's stand at Bike Festival Garda Trentino
• Any use of an electronic device to enhance or alter entrant's odds of winning will count as a fraudulent entry and will be declared invalid.
• Industry Nine reserves the right to delete entries that are in violation of the Official Rules.

Prizes

One (1) name will be drawn at random to determine the winner of the Prize, (1) one Industry Nine A-Series stem with a retail value up to $170 USD. (1) iRix Headset with retail up to $195. (1) One custom spacer kit with a retail value up to $31.

The winner will be notified by the email or phone number provided during signup.  The winners must respond within seven (7) business days.

Should a Prize winner fail to comply with any of the requirements contained in these Official Rules, the Prize will be automatically forfeited.

Technical difficulties

In the event of technical difficulties or failures interfering with the ability to run the Sweepstakes Industry Nine reserves the right to terminate, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes.
